A handful of the exams we provide require you to make certain preparations prior to your scheduled appointment. These important preparations ensure that exams are preformed safely and accurately. To find out about specific preparations, click on the links below. We encourage you to ask questions, as it is critical that these instructions are followed exactly as they are given.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, so that you may have time to register and complete any required paperwork. Also, be prepared to present a photo ID and any insurance cards you would like for use to file.
For your convince, you can find many of our patient forms online. By printing these forms at home and filling them out prior to your appointment, you will save significant time during your visit. Please do your best to complete these forms, and our team can help you with any questions on the day of your visit.

The Riverside Scheduling Team  scheduling staff is knowledgeable on all radiological procedures and prepared to assist you through the process of making your appointment. As one of our valued patients, you can count on our guidance and instruction every step of the way in preparing you for your procedure.

On the day of your scheduled appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early, so that you may have time to fill out any paperwork. For your convenience, you may also print paperwork from home to complete and bring with you to your visit.

A 24 hour notices is greatly appreciated if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment.
